A Broadening Conspiracy

There is something that’s on top of me
I’d really like to share
About the future coming
Listen, if you dare

The story is conjecture
Of facts that seem to mount
‘bout a man who seeks dictatorship
And our value doesn’t count

As time moves steadily forward
He’s spending us to death
Which in time will bankrupt us
We’ll be lucky to own our breath

Welfare and Social Security
Both are on the line
Funds are drying up
Of which the one percent’s behind

Martial Law he’s up to
A plan he has in play
Bringing in illegals
Costing billions, we will pay

Jihadists he’s imbedding
At some point will release
To cause havoc in our neighborhoods
Replacing any sense of peace

NATO in the background
With papers yet to sigh
Giving them permission
To collect our guns in time

The illegals brought a virus
Which affects our youth
A respiratory illness
Creeps in without a clue

Now, add to that the rebels
We’re looking now to train
Feed, house and clothe them
Provide weapons to kill and maim

ISIS, he calls ISIL
Are the target they will meet
‘til they turn and fight with them
His plan may be complete

The L, as seen in ISIL
An Arabic word, Levant
Meaning just a large land mass
Used by this sycophant

Levant is just another word
For Israel, you don’t count
Bama added it to ISI
According to some accounts

From Egypt onto Turkey
A mass of land that’s large
The meaning of this simple word
Invoked by the man in charge

So subtle are some actions
Missed by those asleep
Too busy money counting
While Congress turns the other cheek

Wake up world, it’s coming
Ushered in, not by prophecy
But rather quantum physics
And Christians who believe

As I re-read this poem [2/15/21], I remember the anger I had during the
Bama years. I definitely got it out of my system and yet at the same time
was laying blame on those that I felt were lined up with the concept of
‘the end of the world.’ But here too was a judgment, which did little more
than reinforce their position. I can see that now. All of which comes
from my current acceptance of the concept of quantum mechanics, with
consciousness being a source of energy.

Grandma Linda is a squigily peg in a square hole. Her poetry is aimed at moving the world to love, unity and perfect margaritas. And after years of perfecting the art, she has the skill to paint a better world and make it so.

When she is not serving customers, gazing at rocks, or visiting her grandchildren Linda is writing poetry. And even during all the above activities she has been known to write still.
