A Unifying Principle

There are people in this world
Who hold themselves above
The minions and deplorables
And think of the rest of us as sludge

The problem with this mindset
It’s limited as to affect
Discounting the contribution
For through energy we connect

Within a narcissistic mind-set
That looks to self alone
Discounting the whole of consciousness
Is errant in that zone

Everything we set in motion
Has energetic repercussions
A broken leg or broken marriage
A basis for miserable discussions

So, looking to the outer world
Keep this all in mind
What you set in motion
Observe its nature and its kind

Intent inside a court of law
Provides the basis for a case
Reintegration of that intent
Will internalize to affect ones’ fate

Energy set in motion
May initialize events
Yet returning to its owner
Can provide the basis to lament
