Getting ‘Into it’ with Energy

The word intuition
Has a lot to say
Like “Go Brandon”
Is heard another way

It is a message clearly
A context within a word (*1)
When it penetrates the Ego
It’s the Spirit that can BE heard

Our human quest is one thing
Our Spiritual Quest another
Existing within this polarity
Has so much to discover

Using childhood metaphorically
With parents standing by
As humans within ‘earth-time-space
Our Higher Mind, a real surprise

Parents work with what they’ve got
Within their path of assimilation
Until in time, we come of age
Choice, ‘will,’ ‘intent’ color our creations

Do we come in with intention?
Like with a contract of the Soul?
That, as such, results in
Our turbulent evolutionary role

Breakdowns, breakups, heartache
Do they have a role to play?
Falling within each karmic thing
That make us kneel and pray

Maybe it’s the beginning
Wherein Ego falls into contrition
The human mind succumbing
To our Spiritual inhibition

The discomfort that confronts us
Nothing but reflection
A mirror to call us forward
Hidden to the world’s detection

Each thing that blocks our movement
May need to be addressed
In our looking into each shadow
Might lead us to success

So, diving ‘into-it,’
As in using intuition
We become an ionization unit (*2)
Which can bring change to fruition

(*1) The word ‘intuition.’

(*2) Ions are electrically charged molecules, if we are frequency and
vibration, it seems possible that we should be able to use the energy that
emanates from us to begin to rebuild ourselves as well as the world around
us. It’s just a matter of ‘rethinking’ and BEING open to changing our
minds.

Linda Brady

Grandma Linda is a squigily peg in a square hole. Her poetry is aimed at moving the world to love, unity and perfect margaritas. And after years of perfecting the art, she has the skill to paint a better world and make it so.

When she is not serving customers, gazing at rocks, or visiting her grandchildren Linda is writing poetry. And even during all the above activities she has been known to write still.
