Internal Light

God is the Internal Light
The width and depth of essence
He/She takes us through the darkest night
Our actions betrays ‘His’ Presence

God is Love, some will say
Yet complicate its meaning
By introducing dogmatic trite
Within the Ego’s preening

For God lives inside our very Soul
And hungers for release
Love, the energy in which he lives
We’ll know Him. . . in our ‘State of Peace’

Whatever God is or not is He
Take this into consideration
The context we stick Him in
Will limit his relation

For a ‘Context’ is a conclusion
A judgment dressed for hiding
No energy found, we stop the flow
God’s flow he’s glad providing

Linda Brady

Grandma Linda is a squigily peg in a square hole. Her poetry is aimed at moving the world to love, unity and perfect margaritas. And after years of perfecting the art, she has the skill to paint a better world and make it so.

When she is not serving customers, gazing at rocks, or visiting her grandchildren Linda is writing poetry. And even during all the above activities she has been known to write still.
