Love’s Variegation

by | Mar 23, 2021 | Philosophy

People speak of love
And depending where they are
In how they think or represent
Or have long-lasting scars

Love may be emotion
Or tingle ’til it hurts
Or, that of mother’s heart
That is varied with each skirt

Those are only stepping stones
To lead us through the maze
Where heart and mind meet empathy
And view it through each gaze

Love is life and energy
And, as we see with love
We exemplify our maker
Bringing energy from above.

Linda Brady

Grandma Linda is a squigily peg in a square hole. Her poetry is aimed at moving the world to love, unity and perfect margaritas. And after years of perfecting the art, she has the skill to paint a better world and make it so.

When she is not serving customers, gazing at rocks, or visiting her grandchildren Linda is writing poetry. And even during all the above activities she has been known to write still.
