Metaphors of Reflection

by | Apr 5, 2021 | Philosophy

God, Source, Creative Intelligence
Hungers for our inclusion
The life we live and learn from
Can sometimes feel like intrusion

Metaphors, nature creates
Examples that Spirit provides
Helps us gather data
Computers can be a good guide

As humans, we construct Reality
By conclusions daily attained
Yet computers can delete what’s outdated
Experience becomes the basis of change

So, Karma, a bad reputation
As a thing in itself, thought bad
But if patterns provide restraint
A continuation of patterns is sad

Adaptation to change on the path
Might require deleting what’s old
Like a computer providing new space
Malleability will allow GOD to unfold.

Linda Brady

Grandma Linda is a squigily peg in a square hole. Her poetry is aimed at moving the world to love, unity and perfect margaritas. And after years of perfecting the art, she has the skill to paint a better world and make it so.

When she is not serving customers, gazing at rocks, or visiting her grandchildren Linda is writing poetry. And even during all the above activities she has been known to write still.
