Reaching Sanctification

Sanctified by Spirit
In a cause that’s brought to bare
A world seeking redemption
Whose weight we equally share

Our acts, our words reveal us
Each moment we’re awake
The world, it waits & watches
With a future that’s at stake

When words and actions coincide
A consistency sets in
Others faith then grows in us
And is amplified again.

One we are together
A power mounts as gold
Magnified as numbers grow
As the Red Sea humbly told

Today’s fraught with division
Pi broken like a twig (*1)
Jews joined under Moses
Rescinded the energy grid (*2)

Footnotes:

(*1) Pi, as 3.14. Am generally referring to the power in numbers.

(*2) Awkward wording; but ‘am alluding to the fact that the exponential
power practiced by Moses backed by the unyielding faith of the Jews has
been proportionally fractured consistent with the fragmentation of
Christianity into 3500 splinter groups.

Linda Brady

Grandma Linda is a squigily peg in a square hole. Her poetry is aimed at moving the world to love, unity and perfect margaritas. And after years of perfecting the art, she has the skill to paint a better world and make it so.

When she is not serving customers, gazing at rocks, or visiting her grandchildren Linda is writing poetry. And even during all the above activities she has been known to write still.
