Speaking Into Expression

by | Mar 26, 2021 | Political

To war against the liberals
Strengthens their ebb and flow
By the force each ‘we’ represent
And their influence begins to show

A fire burns out eventually
Adding nothing else to burn
Self projection needs to surface
That of who they are we learn

To watch their growing disconnect
Like a movie on a screen
Unfettered by their insanity
Withdraws the force we are between

The ‘God-Head’ of consciousness
Of which humanity is a part
Supports or withdraws its influence
And affects the apple cart

Every religion having aspirants
And detractors just the same
Accepting principles of intention
Or resisting with disdain

Both reinforce and volumnize
Breathing thingness in the wake
Intelligence, consciousness, emotion
Seems all three at stake

Intention has a part to play
As is looked at by the court
Intent and guilt, hand in hand
With a sentence of report

The value of repetition
As the drumming of a song
Injects a pattern unconsciously
Makes it easier to go along

Propaganda through the air waves
With frequencies of despair
Impact us on a one to one
But the collective starts to share

The Constitution outlines our given rights
Civil Liberties of which it speaks
But clowns control the narrative (*1)
Through Google, Facebook, Tweets

Where does the Constitution stand
In protecting what we say
Or the rights of others falsely
Leading us astray

Image and value projection
Provides the basis of change
Corporations have unfettered access
Torque and distort our brains

Opportunity of expression then
Depends on digits in a book
Algorithms with dark agendas
Suppress where we can look

Where does the Constitution stand
In a system with two tiers
Money seems buy injustice
And determines what we hear

Capitalism birthed our modern world
Through competition we’ve excelled
Socialist proponents are self-serving
Would leave our country a shell

Let liberals dictate their lives alone
Leaving us off the plate
Give them personal adventures
Remove them from our fate

Let them dance across life’s movie screen
Exploring as they go
How the words they speak attract
The fatality of their flow

missing it refers to a ‘black hat’ a bad guy working in government.

Linda Brady

Grandma Linda is a squigily peg in a square hole. Her poetry is aimed at moving the world to love, unity and perfect margaritas. And after years of perfecting the art, she has the skill to paint a better world and make it so.

When she is not serving customers, gazing at rocks, or visiting her grandchildren Linda is writing poetry. And even during all the above activities she has been known to write still.
