Speaking of Language

The force of language
Seen everywhere you look
Congress, banks, judges and teachers
Create or follow through books

Evil introduced to us
Through those extrapolating breach
The devil introduced
By religions reach

The Constitution, or Bill of Rights
Laws affecting babies born
Mankind busy with assertions
Of a narcissistic form

The energy of science
With Einstein in the lead
Received bifurcation treatment
In the Genesis of weeds

Sucked into a paradigm
That causes dismay
Great misuse of power
By some gone astray

So looking at language
And how it creates
Might cause one to pause
Before casting a fate

Grandma Linda is a squigily peg in a square hole. Her poetry is aimed at moving the world to love, unity and perfect margaritas. And after years of perfecting the art, she has the skill to paint a better world and make it so.

When she is not serving customers, gazing at rocks, or visiting her grandchildren Linda is writing poetry. And even during all the above activities she has been known to write still.
