Note of 3/28/21: I think this poem represents Congress bringing Michael
Cohen back in to testify against President Trump after he’s been convicted
of lying previously. Michael Cohen, as you might remember, had been
President Trump’s attorney prior to becoming President of the US. They
were so anxious to make DJT look bad with their attempts to oust him that
they actually reflected their own impotence.

The ‘Beacon’ or beacon of light (unstated) points to the need to set limits
on how long these actors might stay engaged in representing the public
because it becomes obvious that at some point they only represent
themselves! TERM LIMITS ARE NEEDED!!
