What If?

What if your cognition*(1)
With your sense of time and space
Withholds my hearts desire*(2)
In our paradigmic race

If one must be the victor
The other will dissolve
Matter will dematerialize
The problem then is solved

Causation and creation
Together hand & hand
Hidden in the silence
In the hearts and souls of man

Footnote:

*(1) Each of us are forces in our own lives. Through our will, intent and
actions, we affect the lives of others. We are a culture of winners and
losers.

In terms of overt efforts to have their way, the ‘one-per-centers’ use
‘think-tank’ strategies and sophistry to reduce our resistance creating
laws to get what they want. Beyond that, however, there is power within
the soul of humankind with equal organizing power.

While we hide under the veil of being a free democracy with a citizenry
that has a say about what happens. We are actually a capitalist system and
are slowly destroying our people and our planet.

Unfortunately, it will take some form of catastrophe affecting the
one-per-centers who will then be in need of the rest of us for their
survival, in order to gain the respect for the whole and turn things around.

Linda Brady

Grandma Linda is a squigily peg in a square hole. Her poetry is aimed at moving the world to love, unity and perfect margaritas. And after years of perfecting the art, she has the skill to paint a better world and make it so.

When she is not serving customers, gazing at rocks, or visiting her grandchildren Linda is writing poetry. And even during all the above activities she has been known to write still.
