What Place is it We Play?

by | Mar 6, 2021 | Spiritual

The question we must ask ourselves
What place it is we play
If consciousness is creative
How do we affect the coming day?

Do we live inside each drama
Giving life to each complaint
Voicing our conclusions
Lacking spiritual restraint?

Our mind and spirit used
By a system uncontained
Just products of the matrix
Brown paper wrapped so plain

Spirits on a playground
Rules buried in the mud
God’s living in obscurity
Most washed in Jesus blood.

Linda Brady

Grandma Linda is a squigily peg in a square hole. Her poetry is aimed at moving the world to love, unity and perfect margaritas. And after years of perfecting the art, she has the skill to paint a better world and make it so.

When she is not serving customers, gazing at rocks, or visiting her grandchildren Linda is writing poetry. And even during all the above activities she has been known to write still.
